Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes, to learn about Better Cause Society, request services, submit an authorized referral or contact our team. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false information or attempt unauthorized access.
Services, quotes and scheduling
Service availability depends on location, scheduling, staffing, vehicle capacity and the requirements of each request. Quotes may consider volume, weight, access, labour, transportation, recycling, disposal and other job-specific requirements.
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, an online request is not a guaranteed booking. Scope, price and scheduling are confirmed directly with our team before work begins.
Furniture pickup and item acceptance
Furniture pickups are subject to service fees based on the volume, weight and access requirements of the items. The expected fee will be confirmed before scheduling.
Submitting a pickup request does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline items because of condition, safety, contamination, pest concerns, size, access limitations, storage capacity or current community need. Items accepted for pickup may be redistributed, recycled or handled through an appropriate disposal pathway based on condition and operational requirements.
Furniture support
Furniture support is available through referrals from social workers, case managers and approved community agencies. Furniture is subject to available inventory, and delivery is subject to delivery fees.
The referring professional or agency is responsible for providing accurate information and having appropriate authority or consent to submit client information.

Reasonable limitations
