If you’d like to be a part of this program, please take the time to fill out the referral form attached below. We will get in contact with you to confirm the delivery details once we’ve received the referral.
You must arrange to have a support worker for all immigrants, refugees, students, low income families and any other families in need. All referrals must be done online through this form, or by contacting us over the phone. All inventory will be available on our website after successfully registering as a sponsor on our site. We are determined to help your client to the best of our ability, but at this time, we only drop off furniture – pickups are not available until further notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to referrals who do not follow our policies and procedures. By submitting this form you agree to this terms.
Monday – Friday, 9am to 7pm (except statutory holidays).
Required Documents on Delivery:
Photo ID, Printed Referral Form, and $20 Registration fee (cash only).
Drop Off Procedure:
All furniture and household items wil be delivered at our earliest convenience. In most cases, items will be delivered and can be setup in your client’s home, on the date and time provided to them. If any scheduling changes are required please contact us to re-schedule.
All furniture is free, however we charge a $20 per family registration fee for sponsors, and a drop off fee for deliveries in order to offset our costs.
